Shipping policy

Your order arrives in 3-5 business days. We pack and check it by hand, and email you the tracking number as soon as it ships.

We ship to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. At the moment we do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla.

Shipping costs €3.99 on orders under €50 and is free on all orders of €50 or more. The cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

When your order ships, you'll receive tracking information by email.

If there's any problem with delivery, write to us at soporte@rosercleaning.com with your order number and we'll resolve it as soon as possible.
